To catch the latest in 3-D films, pop along to the Vue cinema in Plymouth for a week of eye-popping action. And 3-D films have moved on a long way since Jaws 3-D (although how can you compete with Denis Quaid in 3-D shorts?).
The second of Vue’s Mystery Movie screenings will be taking place at Plymouth Vue on Tuesday, June 9 at 6.30pm, where you lucky people can see a new film before its official release.
The Exeter Vue cinema is introducing a mystery movie night once a month, starting on Tuesday, May 5 -you won’t know what film you’re watching until the opening credits.
The Age of Stupid live film event, which aims to turn 250 millions viewers into climate activists, will take place at Plymouth Vue, Exeter Picturehouse and the Eden Project – as well as more than 60 participating cinemas and screenings throughout the UK on March 15.
Film posters, on a cinema, are you mad? Exeter City Council has pointed out how ridiculous it would be to have posters on the city’s Vue cinema by saying they would be “visually intrusive and an unsympathetic addition to the building”.
