There’s a good fist of representatives from Cornwall in the Celtic Media Festival, which takes place between March 25-27. Four films have been shortlisted in three categories, covering short dramas, features and factual films.
John Tomkins has set about turning Torbay, Devon, into the backdrop for his fantasy adventure which spans half a millennia.
