Feature-length comedy horror Scareycrows is all set for its UK premiere in Exeter on Halloween.
The film, which was shot in and around South Devon, had its international premiere at the Arena Cinelounge cinema on Sunset Boulevard and was very well received.
‘It has taken over four years to complete Scareycrows so it is wonderful, finally, to be able to share it with everyone,’ said director Lucy Townsend.
Now the fear-filled-fun-packed flick will be at the Exeter Vue for its UK premiere.
‘I can’t wait for the UK Premiere as many of the cast and crew are going to be there so it will be a bit of a reunion and a chance to thank everyone that has helped us to get the film made,’ said Lucy.
There will be a Q&A session held after the screening for those who want more information on the making of the film as well as serving as a networking event for South West film makers.
So far the film has received positive reviews from critics, including a fresh tomato from Kimber Myers of the LA Times following its LA premier.
Scareycrows UK premiere takes place on October 31, 7.30pm at the Exeter Vue.
