The role is of The Were-Hamster & Teacher: Professor Squeak.
Transformed from the class pet to class teacher. Professor Squeak is the first of her kind who struggles under the incredible weight of such importance and power. Ok, she ate the last teacher. But she battles her instincts to enact revenge on her human captors for the 1000s of years of cage based repression on her species with her other instinct of wanting to play, chew and run in wheels.
Being the result of a laboratory accident she’s not quite all there or fully evolved, she finds it hard to communicate what she wants or even actually know what she wants as a result of this new power at all. She loves CHEEEEESE!
The Squeakening is a short film produced as part of the Summer Film School for 8-12 year olds.
