Now’s your chance to turn your movie producer dreams into reality by donating to the crowdfunder campaign for the documentary The Life of Brians from some very accomplished filmmakers.
The Life of Brians asks the difficult questions of life, the universe and everything and gets the answers from six people who happen to be called Brian.
The film is in the very safe and entertaining filmmaking hands of Andrew Oxley and Joshua Gaunt in a Screen 3 Productions and Syndrome Pictures collaboration. These are the people that bought you Making the Difference and Tera Toma respectively, to name but two. They both have a track record of garlands and awards.
But you’ve only got until January 3 to contribute to the movie’s crowdfunder campaign.
Here’s what the guys said: “The film is an experimental documentary about life, death and the universe starring only men called Brian.
“Our crowdfunding campaign is also experimental to a degree in that we are asking for help on an already finished, existing film.
“In order to give it the best chance possible in the very competitive film festival scene, we are asking for help in marketing the film.
“With some festival fees extraordinarily high, we feel that short films by low budget filmmakers simply don’t get the exposure they deserve and therefore their potential is forever unrealised.”
The pair are already embarking on their next documentary –Born To Be Mild -a film about the art of being dull.
Meanwhile, express the producer in you and donate to The Life of Brian crowdfunder
