It’s always good to see the D&C home turf used in film, and this video from Devon band Matthew & Me is a great example.
The tunesters bound around South Devon on their way to superstardom (we can only imagine).
Matthew & Me are launching their new EP MMXIII at the South Devon Arts Centre in Totnes on Friday, July 12.
The press surrounding the band says ‘Matthew & Me hail from the wilds of Totnes, Devon, a town known for its creative flair. Perhaps it’s this environment that inspires their music of atmospheric, haunting arrangements blended seamlessly with big, unabashed choruses and beautifully ethereal vocals.’
But there’s also a bit of a buzz abounding about their live performances. The music video has caught their eclectic charm, and they even manage to promote a healthy lifestyle in the process.
And we’ve got the feeling we’ll be hearing more about them in the future.
Read more about them on the PRSD.
