Stella Artois, taking its sponsorship of the Cannes Film Festival seriously, is offering online auditions to play the life of their invented French hero Jacques d’Azur -and they’re looking for a leading lady, too.
There’s a whole load of back story, but rather than wade through it, essentially all you need to know is the characters are meant to be cool and French.
Once you’ve auditioned online, you’re performance gets voted on. The top 100 most voted auditions will automatically make the shortlist. Win an amazing Jacques d’Azur style trip to Cannes during the film festival.
If you win, you’ll be flown to Cannes, get to stay in “Jacques'” suite at the Carlton hotel, dine at his favourite restaurants. You’ll get the red carpet treatment at exclusive after parties including a star studded party at Chez Jacques’, Stella Artois’ luxury, invitation-only lounge at an exclusive beachfront property in Cannes.
If you’re over 25, you could also star in the short film, being premiered on the screen at Cannes Film Festival 2011!
