The film -which tells the story of Frank whose wife collapses in the family home, he does nothing until and slowly begins to fully realise what has happened -has been selected for the independent film section of the festival that is now in it’s eighth year.
David is in the process of making his latest short, another Exeter Phoenix Digital bursary film. Called Mort-gage, it’s a film set in an Ireland still cast by a shadow of the Troubles and deals with morality, death, fate and friendship.
Mort-gage will be screened as part of the Two Short Nights Festival at the Exeter Phoenix.
