Imps – Behind the Scenes from Harry Willmott on Vimeo.
The Big Screen in the Park, that’s Northernhay Gardens, Exeter, to you, will include work by Devon filmmakers in its blockbuster open-air programme.
Films from the Third Wave Collective, as well as a selection from last year’s Phoenix Bursary programme, including the D+CFilm audience award winning films Make The Difference by Andrew Oxley.
We assume one of the Third Wave films will be The Imps so enjoy a bit of Harry Willmott’s The Imps Strike Again by clicking the video above (those on RSS will have to click through to watch the clip).
The Big Screen in the Park events runs from Wendesday, August 12 to Saturday, August 15 and includes: Wave Riders, Wall-E, Star Trek, culminating in the great sing-a-long that is Mamma Mia.
All films start at 9pm and cost £1. Refreshments will be available on site including Exeter Phoenix Café Bar (light snacks, beers, cold drinks), Bike Caffe (Bikecaffe is 100 per cent environmentally friendly operation. Pedal power means no emissions and with all waste materials being recycled) and Cider Diner (locally produced cider and apple drinks). Alternatively bring a picnic!
