As April Fool’s Day limps into view, we thought it was time to remind you of the April deadlines for film festivals, a full list of which can be found over on the D+CFilm social network.
There are six deadlines from April 1, including a call for film from our very own South West based The Joy Collective (listen to an interview with Stuart Mitchell of the Joy Collective before their inaugural event).
Also included on April 1, is the Philosophy Film Festival in Atlanta Georgia, which should give you something to think about (tee hee), the Parnu International Documentary and Anthropology Film Festival in Estonia, the Annual Youth Cinema Revolution in Norway, Film Sharing 4th International Low & No Budget Video Film Festival in Germany, and the Odense Film Festival in Denmark.
And just so you know what else to expect to send your films off to before the end of the week, the Brighton Festival is calling for entries by April 3, and it says ‘Those not selected will automatically be considered for our popular monthly events’.
For the run down of film festival that have an April deadline go the the D+CFilm social network.
