CNN mobile phone filmmaking competition launched by Myleene Klass
A mobile phone is more than just a status symbol -it is filmmaking kit! And the latest in the line of competitions looking for the best mobile phone filmmakers is kicking off, but this one has the added of incentives of CNN and Myleene Klass.
The competition is taking place on CNN’s film programme The Screening Room, which is hosted by Myleene, and who will be one of the competition’s judges -along with the show’s production team. The best entries will feature on the programme’s website, and the overall winner will the show on an edition ‘The Screening Room Xtra on CNN International’.
All entries must be received by May 25 and full details are available online at The Screening Room’s site.
Viewers must submit their films via CNN’s YouTube page.The contest is being announced on this month’s edition of the programme with a special segment from the world’s first mobile phone film festival, the Pocket Film Festival.
