The latest in film news from the South West with the D+CFilm Show.
The Devon + Cornwall Film Show from Alex White on Vimeo.
With the first episode filmed at the Exeter Picturehouse to coincide with a screening of the Exeter Phoenix media bursary winners, the show also has a brief word with our very own Lee Morgan, plus a look behind the scenes a the Picturehouse’s digital projector.
It’s a fantastic pilot, and a great concept: those involved with filmmaking in the South West making a show about filmmaking in the South West for anyone who’s interested in film -in the Devon, Cornwall and beyond.
Powerhouse behind the D+CFilm Show, filmmaker Alex White (whose film In the Garden of Terrible Delights is premiered at the Valentine’s Burlesque and Boogie Spectacular at Havana, Exeter Quay on Saturday, February 14) is keen to take the shooting further afield to reflect the depth and diversity of filmmaking talent and interest in Devon and Cornwall. What a spiffing idea!
