The A-Z Of Documentary Filmmaking course aims to help all attendees shoot a four minute doc for submission to the festival’s Fourdocs section.

Maud Hand, from 4Talent, will be on, ahem, hand to look at the entire process of documentary filmmaking and to give advice on filming, editing and uploading the finished film – she’ll probably even show you how to run around with a big boom mic in a Broomfield stylee too.

Places for the course, which runs from June 15-16, cost £30 each (£20 concs). Lunch and refreshments are included.

Hullo...

Thank you for reading. We could do with your help to keep going. All our content is free... But if you can, you can support us to continue bringing you this coverage, these articles, interviews and reviews. This connection with real indie filmmakers.

It's here we encourage you to get out, watch indie films, support crowdfunders, go to your local venue.

And if you can, Pay What You Can to keep all this going. From £1 a week - £4 a month - a fiver, or whatever you can spare. Much appreciated.

To find out more, contact festival director Laura Hardman asap on 01209 204655 or director@cornwallfilmfestival.com

Who knows, you may even feel inspired to enter our D+CFree compo, which costs absolutely nought pence to enter…

Pay What You Can.
We run on fumes and caffeine. Show your support for our coverage. Make it regular. Or as a thank you :)
