Brand new local shorts go out and about and settle down in comfortable locations for an evening of culture. Films selected from national submissions will be screened alongside the latest Digital Shorts made through the Exeter Phoenix filmmaking bursary scheme and hot from their Two Short Nights premiere at Exeter Phoenix on Saturday November 28.
