Apparently it’s the European Union’s Year of Creativity and Innovation and you’re going to need every ounce of that to win the €3,000 on offer for a film about European Entrepreneurship, which, given the current, economic situation, seems a bit of a hollow theme. Then, again, given the current economic situation, €3,000 is nothing
