We’ve got a few more awards to add to our coverage of the Best Film and Audience Award winners at Two Short Nights.

Along with Benjamin Borley’s top prize for his film Until the Dawn, and Jed Hart’s audience award for The Grobler, the 48-hour film challenge was won by Team Mosaic Machine for their film Autumn Leaves.

Also picking something up on the podium for the Outstanding Contribution Award was the inspirational Josh Gaunt.

The official line on Josh’s award is: “When looking through all the films from the last 10 years, Josh’s name kept appearing in the credits and he was mentioned by all sorts of different film makers.

“It was decided that we should award Josh for all his amazing efforts and celebrate his contribution to Phoenix Digital’s short film productions.”

We too have worked with Josh, and we know our sentiments will be echoed by all the filmmakers he’s collaborated with when we say a thoroughly deserved congratulations!
