The deadline for the Exeter Phoenix Short Film Commission for 2010 is Sunday, February 28.
On offer is up to £500 towards the budget of the film, which pales into insignificance given the wealth of support you’ll be able to call on. Exeter Phoenix Digital will provide camera skills training, script development, directing and production advice as well as assisting with the use of lighting, sound, studio and post-production facilities.
The proposals should be to shoot a short, digital-format film of 5-12 minutes duration. Films must be based on an original script or treatment but can be of any genre.
In order to qualify for the bursary, you must reside in Devon and be prepared to produce the finished film within five months of the original submission.
All films will be screened at Two Short Nights Film Festival 2010. Download the full guidelines and application form
