Dan Farberoff, whose dance film Falling was featured in the View From Here film festival and on Channel 4 will be covering Devon’s part in World Dance Day, and Dance in Devon are looking for student/volunteer filmmakers to work along side him.
World Dance Day takes place on April 29, and Dan may well be hotfooting around the county capturing the shimmy shimmy shakes that are taking place.
You’d work under Dan’s guidance, and the film will most likely be shown on the Big Screen in Plymouth as part of the Cultural Olympiad – and quite possibly other famous film festivals in the region.
