John Tomkins has set about turning Torbay, Devon, into the backdrop for his fantasy adventure which spans half a millennia. The film, called Like An Angel, follows three characters in a story of theft, magic and time travel. Lee Morgan spoke to director, writer, producer John about the making Like An Angel.
