THE WAY WE LIVE

They don’t make em like they used to. And as if to prove it, Jill Craigie’s 1946 film The Way We Live is making another appearance at the Plymouth Arts Centre, on Tuesday September 9 at 8.30pm.
The flick, which documents the rebuilding of Blitz-hit Plymouth, has already been part of the the art centre’s 60th anniversary celebrations, but is making a reappearance because of its popularity.
We have it on good authority that there will be a short introduction before the screening, and we’re also advised to book early. Tickets are £6 (£4.75 concessions). Call the Plymouth Arts Centre box office on 01752 206114.
