Stop the bloody press - we have Ashley Wing’s Hard Day’s Knight to show you!

Regular readers will remember that this ‘mocumentary of epic proportions’ follows Britain’s only professional knight in shining armour. Irregular readers (boo, hiss!) better click here and here to refresh their memories.

Unfortunately, the short has been turned down by Raindance and the BBC, which is a shame cos we think it has a lot going for it.

But the rejection certainly hasn’t slowed Mr Wing down any - he told D+CFilm he’s currently writing a feature (set to shoot in 2009) and working on another short he’s planning to bang out before the end of the year. Crikey!
