We’ve all heard of having dinner and a movie, but what about breakfast and a movie? That’s just what The Blue Walnut cinema’s starting up in its Nickelodeon Cinema in Torquay.
And there are only 36 places in the UK that have a better cafe, according to The Independent, which voted it 37th best cafe in the country.
The Titfield Thunderbolt is rumbling you out of bed on July 8, followed by Modern Times on July 15, The Meaning of Life on July 22, and Flushed Away on July 29.
In between times they have their film club showing Apocalypto, and Il Postino and the reckless souls will be putting on the Lord of the Rings trilogy in a weekend – next time, maybe they could fit it all into a day – from breakfast
to dinner.
