They are in the wrong location with vert little to offer production companies and their crews. And judging by Ms Gough's past record in business, I suspect she is just as much of a dreamer as Mr Alex Swan. I also feel that anyone who supported the original plan, must be digging big holes to hide in. Where the hell did Mr Swan think he was going to employ 200 people, and who was daft enough to believe him and give him financial and moral support.
