I have been searching for Some old Helicopters that were at the Old Preddanack airfield, and have been told some of the Hulks were moved in december to St agnes, Under care of a "Film Company"

I was just about to contact the MOD regarding one of these hulks to remove the cockpit section and restore it, for use at local shows ,and to encourage youngsters to have a interest in Aviation , and also would gladly have lent it to Local Budding Film makers as use as a Prop, But Sadly I cannot track any of these old westland Wessex helicopters down ,Does anyone out there work on the old st agnes Studios site, has anyone seen these Illusive helicopters ??, and even better does anyone have a clue as to WHO to contact rearding there disposal, or at least one of them, I would like to save one for future Generations to come, before they end up in the Smelting pot !,PLEASE if anyone has any Info, I would really be pleased to hear it, as at the moment I am just hitting a "Brick Wall"
Many thanks

These studios will never make it, they never stood a chance. They are in the wrong location with vert little to offer production companies and their crews. And judging by Ms Gough's past record in business, I suspect she is just as much of a dreamer as Mr Alex Swan.
I also feel that anyone who supported the original plan, must be digging big holes to hide in. Where the hell did Mr Swan think he was going to employ 200 people, and who was daft enough to believe him and give him financial and moral support.
