Cult filmmaker Julien Temple is set to make an ultra-rare appearance at the Exeter Picturehouse on May 23 to yap about his latest flick Joe Strummer: The Future Is Unwritten.

The movie looks at the late great frontman of The Clash, who was apparently something of an idealist - often to the despair of his band and his accountant.
