A touch of Frost

There we were, feeling high and mighty about Twofour’s low-brow fare
(the words ‘lowest common denominator’ may have been mentioned), when we discovered they’ve just filmed a round-table discussion featuring Sir David Frost and Colonel Gaddafi.

And that’s not all. The programme also featured A-Level Sociology fave Anthony Giddens and Benjamin Barber, author of the bestseller Jihad vs McWorld.

Filmed in a desert studio last month, the discussion focused on the implementation of democratic institutions and ideals in Libya, blah blah blah.

But never mind all that. Did Twofour ask Gaddafi his opinion on the Beckhams’ move to LA?! Pah, amateurs!
