Another day, another filmmaking competition (not that we can talk – we’re kicking off D+CFree in a coupla weeks).
Anyway, Channel 4, Britdoc and Studio Artois are looking for three-minute films which provide a fresh perspective on recycling in all its forms: what can be recycled, the people involved, how the process works, blah blah blah.
Yeah, you’re right – that does sound like a boring subject for a film.
Either way, the winning flicks will be broadcast as Three Minute Wonders on Channel 4 in July. They will also be shown on the Studio Artois website and at the Britdoc festival.
But that’s not all, viewer! The filmmakers will receive free passes to Britdoc where the jury will present the best film with an award. Woo hoo!
The doors are really gonna up for yous now! Hollywood here we come!
Top of the world, Ma!
Aw, it’ll probably be quite good. We’re in a horrendous mood this week. Sorry. The deadline for entries is April 14.
