DP for my bunghole
Stop the bloody press. David Warwick needs a director of photography for his latest short film - a poetical short (ahem) entitled Open Return.
The flick follows a bloke who, faced with the loss of his lover, embarks on a journey of resurgence. Ah, that old chestnut.
Here comes the science bit - pay attention. The director is looking to shoot on HDV (on a JVC GY-HD251E, or similar) over six to eight days in April. There’s gonna be a tight budget, so the more the DOP/operator can offer in terms of equipment, the more they’ll have to spend on additional lenses and stuff.
And there’s good news for the homeless - accommodation, food and travel will be absolutely free.
You probably want to find out more, doncha? Well, don’t look at us. Just send an email to davidrwarwick@openreturn.co.uk and say D+CFilm sent you.
