The last post

Okay okay, so this is the last time we’ll mention Ashley Wing – at least until he gets round to making another bloody movie.

He’s been back in touch to thank D+CFilm for yesterday’s extremely magnanimous (don’t mention it) apology.

Here’s what he had to say:

‘Thank you for putting that straight - hopefully I can leave my house with the safe assurance I won’t be getting attacked by the angry mob!

‘On a more positive note you can see the full-length Between The Lines in the next few weeks, along with a 30 minute ‘making of’.

‘We’ll be putting up details on a website where you can view the movie for free. Thank you for your interest in the project.’

Interest?! In the project?!! This whole thing has gone on longer than the whole bethemoviestar debacle.

Still, Ashley seems like a jolly good egg, doesn’t he? We wish him all the best with Between The Lines and look forward to hearing what he’s up to next.

Just as long as it’s not in the next couple days, eh viewers?
Heh heh! (in a Beano voice).

  • Hello again D+CFILM,

This really is my last post in relation to Between the Lines. No really, honest! Just to let you know that the full film is online and ready to view. You can download the 35min short (not so short I know) at this link :

    Hope you enjoy.

Maybe we’ll meet again someday, who knows in the crazy world of film anything is possible :)

Keep up the good fight, it’s great to know there is support for local filmmakers out there. I love the site.

    All the Best
    Ashley Wing
