Wing commander
We were talking about local filmmaker Ashley Wing the other day, weren’t we? Yes, we were - click here and see.
Well, apparently, the premiere of his movie Between the Lines was a huge success, with over 400 D+Cineastes crammed into the Brixham Theatre to have a squizz.
Of course, this is no surprise due to Wing’s much-vaunted (by D+CFilm at least) can-do attitude.
Indeed, we conducted some superficial research and found Ashley flogging his flick on websites for the BBC, Raindance, Movieweb, Cinematography, FXHome, Verbal Vigilante Music and the bloody Local Heritage Initiative - and that was just the first Google page!
So Ashley, get in touch - D+CFilm wants to be the first to know what you’re up to next! We think you’re a chuffing inspiration!

I have to admit I’m quite embarassed at my massive cock up in posting. While it may have seemed I applaued my own work I can assure you this is not the case. The reply I left was left for a much more praise worthy film. I am of course talking about Emma Kempton’s The Crinoline and The Rose. My film was not screened at Exeter Phoenix Centre. This film was.
All the Best
