Coming up Roses (video)

Our chums at the People’s Republic of South Devon may have missed out on a gong at Thursday night’s Plymouth Media Partnership innovation awards but there was good news for local director and D+CFilm fave Emma Kempton.

Her Tim Burton-esque flick The Crinoline and The Rose scooped the award for best film at the event, in a category filled with Phoenix Media Centre filmmakers.
